Who is Sme?
SME was strategically formed in 2018 to support clients on their approach to deliver building services in the new build, industrial, educational, health care, commercial fit-out and all refurbishment sectors. SME Energy was created to enhance our offering to the market, by appointing key experienced individuals to deliver an exemplary standard by supporting our clients on the journey from start to finish, on even the most challenging projects. Eighth Avenue is a new-build development providing the opportunity to create 64 homes in the heart of Aylesbury, less than 1 miles walking distance to both the train station and Aylesbury Town Centre.
The site is the former car park of Oxford House, an office block set on 5 acres, originally developed in the late 1960’s as one of the key UK offices for Rothmans, subsequently acquired by British American Tobacco.
